PS4 sales reach 53 million units worldwide

Sony has announced that PlayStation 4 sales have reached 53.4 million units worldwide. That’s thanks to a massively successful Holiday season, where the PS4 sold an impressive 6.2 million units.

This Holiday season saw the introduction of the PS4 Slim and the PS4 Pro, plus some very attractive bundles, such as the Uncharted 4 PS4 bundle for just $250.

Sony also sold over 50 million PS4 games during this Holiday season, counting both physical sales and digital sales on the PlayStation Store.

However, the company did not reveal how many units the new PS4 Pro console has sold.

    How i don’t know.All it’s users have their privacy settings on. No way on Earth i’m spending £40 on a PlayStation Plus for Anti Social gaming. I’m quite happy playing on Fallout 4.
