Yesterday we saw reports that a few pre-launch PlayStation 4 units were experiencing some problems. Kotaku received a faulty review unit and had to request a new one, while instances of PlayStation 4 winners from the Taco Bell promotion have hinted at problems with the 4,000 units given away during that promotion.
Shuhei Yoshida was quick to take to Twitter and address the issue, letting people know if they are currently having problems with their PlayStation 4, Sony is working on them.
Be assured we are investigating reported PS4 issues. The number is very small compared to shipped, we believe they are isolated incidents.
